- Prediction: The Apple/HTC patent spat will never be decided in court. HTC/Apple will work out a cross-licensing deal to avoid trial. #
- APPL doesn’t want to go to court over this and give HTC a chance to invalidate their patents. Think of it as aggressive license negotiations #
