I think everyone always wants to start a new blog with something more interesting and eye catching than “Hello, world,” but, well, hello. Not very much to say right at the moment. Thinking of linking my Twitter account up to this space so it’s even easier for the world at large to know when I go to Starbucks. 
Administrivia
Just a couple preliminary things. I’ve not used this particular Wordpress theme before, so please let me know if you encounter any problems by commenting or otherwise contacting me. I really like it, though: very clean and papery. I’m running without the benefit of a cache plugin right now, so things might possibly be slower than they otherwise should be, but really I can’t imagine ever having enough content or traffic that it becomes a problem. I’m also still working out the best semantic difference between Wordpress Categories and Wordpress Tags, so bear with me for a bit there.

Because posting a first entry without any substantial content might be considered lame, but I am apparently too tired to come up with anything interesting to say on my own, I … uh … am going to ape somebody else’s content.
